Whee! It’s summer! Time for the pool, beach, slip ‘n slide, sandals, bathing suits (okay, that’s yuck), outdoor picnics, grilling out…..I love it!

One of my favorite family activities is going to the rooftop of my friend’s building in Boston on July 4th and watching the fireworks over the esplanade while the Boston Pops are playing their July 4th Concerto. We have been doing this since I was young and I am now carrying on the tradition with my own kids.

sunblock prevents skin from burning. if you don’t want a tan, use baby sunblock in a high spf. it’s gentle on your skin and it doesn’t really become tacky after a while. or just get the regular sunblock with like spf50+. that should help you from not tanning too much. wear clothes that will cover most of your body but still keep you cool. too much sun could give you skin cancer so i’d put some sunblock on my face, ears, feet, and hands too if i were you. -just so you wouldn’t get too big of a burn.beauty products

Well if you want to do something with your skin. I use Aveeno. It is the best lotion i have every used. But I am not sure if you would like it. This is just a thought. I had really really dry skin I tried that and it improved in one week!
I am so sick of seeing stories about how celebrities lost their baby viagraweight that if I read one more, I think I’ll puke until I lose all of mine. It’s neither original nor all that funny anymore to complain about how unrealistic the rates as which celebrities lose their baby weight are. Obviously, it’s their job to do so, and because they’re multi-millionaires whose job is to look amazing, they literally spend all day and millions of dollars ensuring that within 4 or so months after popping out their kids, they’re lean and mean again. Certainly, if you and I had Jennifer Lopez’s money, we’d have nannies caring for our kids (b.s. to her and Skeletor’s claims that they phentermine don’t employ nannies, by the way) while our personal chef, trainer and nutritionist (according to this week’s US Weekly) literally worked our butts off. And then, of course, we’d be rocking bikinis four months after having twins, just as she was recently seen doing.
Please give some tips regarding preservation of skin and wrinkling etc. thanks in advance.
